From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. They were always friendly and offered helpful directions to local restaurants and supermarkets. the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and individual bed lights and electric sockets. the heating system kept the whole place warm, even in the bathrooms. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and central railway station. it felt like a home away from home and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: Nothing for me. 😊.

The hotel is located close to the city center and the rooms are clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel is open 24/h, giving us the flexibility to come and go as we please.
There were a few drawbacks that affected our stay. we had to pay an additional fee for towels, which we expected to be included in the room fee.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. With affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail at this hotel was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering helpful directions and even warm drinks on a freezing winter day. The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring Milan. With a convenient tram connection, I could easily reach the city center within 20 minutes, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
Despite the positives, I felt that the breakfast could be improved. The selection was limited to a small coffee, a single croissant, two biscuits, and two jams.

It's located near exciting theme parks, like the "Thrill Zone" and the "Adventure Land. " The kids had an absolute blast exploring these attractions and enjoying thrilling rides. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy haven for the whole family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the free delivery food service, which allowed us to try delicious meals from local restaurants without leaving the comfort of our room. it was a memorable and delightful experience for our family.
My children wanted a dedicated play area or a kids' club within the hotel.

One of the staff members was a little grumpy and unfriendly at times, which could have been more pleasant.
